It’s a long way to Clifftop West Virginia! The famous Appalachian Stringband Festival is an amazing, unique experience and our mission is to bring a piece of that to the Central Belt of Scotland.

Community square dances, shared hearty meals and cosy campfire jams running late into the night. We want to celebrate the Scottish old time community by creating our own, old time specific festival where we can come together to share tunes and our love of this music.

So grease up your banjo neck, dust off your dungarees, learn 100 new tunes in G, stack those coolers and head on up the mountain to Blackridge, West Lothian to help make Ridgetop even badder than Clifftop. And don’t forget your midge net….
